After 10 years in the editorial and commercial photography industry, I decided to use my knowledge and skills to help families create moving photos that I hope they will cherish for yeas to come.
Authentic Family Photography
I define “authentic” photography as creating photographs that show genuine moments and interactions between loved ones. I believe in making images that give an insight into the personality of the individual. For example, if you have a shy child, I don’t believe you should try to force huge smiles and bursts of energy out of them. We should want to see photos of our loved ones that show who they really are in a beautiful way.

I love making pictures that capture moments and highlight the beauty and love of family.
Here I am photographing my friend’s daughters in their home. I was able to set up my backdrop in their family room in about 30 minutes and the kids got to feel comfortable being photographed in their own home.

I have been photographing professionally for over 10 years. In my career I have been lucky enough to photograph assignments for The New York Times, RollingStone.com, and TripAdvisor. In 2020 I decided to shift my focus to photographing families. My goal is to create moving and genuine photos that families will cherish for decades to come.
